At AstorMueller, we regularly set aside time to focus on wellbeing. As part of this commitment, we frequently dedicate a full month to initiatives that support mental and physical health across our teams.

Some of our wellbeing months included practical sessions and resources designed to help employees manage everyday stress and maintain healthy routines.

  • Live webinars on emotional awareness, managing stress, and simple mindfulness techniques.
  • Informative blog articles on topics such as:
    • The relationship between posture and mental focus
    • Why sleep matters and how to improve it
    • Practical ways to recover energy and maintain concentration
  • Interactive workshops and challenges within the team

These activities gave people tools they could apply both at work and in daily life.

From initiative to habit
