If your application catches our attention, we’ll invite you to a short introductory phone call, typically lasting around 10-15 minutes.
This initial conversation allows us to gain a quick snapshot of your background and gives you the opportunity to ask any early questions about the role, our team, or the company culture.
After the pre-interview, we’ll move on to an online video call with one of our recruiters. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to learn more about us.
During this call, we will have a relaxed but insightful conversation about your work experience, the skills you bring to the table, and how you might fit into our team. We’ll explore your previous roles, and the kinds of projects you have worked on, and discuss how you handle different work scenarios. This conversation is all about understanding how your background aligns with what we are looking for and how you can thrive in our company’s culture.

Should the process continue to progress positively, the next step will involve meetings with both our HR representative and the Hiring Manager.
Our HR colleague will explore how well your values and working approach resonate with our organisational culture. Meanwhile, the Hiring Manager will take a closer look at your technical capabilities and your experience relevant to the role.
This stage offers a meaningful opportunity to demonstrate not only your professional competencies but also the unique value you could bring to our team.
Once you’ve been selected for the role, we’ll provide you with an employment contract. This outlines your responsibilities, compensation, and other key terms. Signing the contract formalizes your agreement with us.
From there, congratulations – you’re officially part of the team! We’ll then kick off the onboarding process to set you up for success in your new role.
