Your Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for managing and responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email and professionally resolve all situations related to our customers;
  • Liaise with the sales force to ensure strategical growth of the market;
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company’s guidelines as well as follow up to ensure resolution;
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
  • Liaise with different departments within the company in both the Romanian and German offices, these are mostly: Accounting, Logistics, Marketing, Digital and Analytics and Purchasing to have a global view on the assigned market.
Your Profile
  • Experience as a Client Service Representative/Sales Support is a plus, but not required;
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Fluency in English is required as well as another language spoken at an advanced level such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German.
