We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. As part of the AstorMueller team, you will assist in defining and executing effective strategies across the Google Ads platform. If you are data-driven, business savvy, and most importantly – a Google Ads expert, this job is for you!
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, management, and optimization of large scale Google
Ads campaigns (including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Discovery, etc.); - Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to meet changing
market and competitive conditions towards specific outcomes and goals (Target ROAS
CPA, etc.); - Deliver weekly and monthly reporting and provide actionable insights across campaign
variables (creatives, placements, CPC, ROAS, CR etc.); - Perform ongoing keyword research for inclusion and exclusion;
- Conduct research and collaborate with the marketing team to plan, implement and
forecast budgets; - Demonstrate interest in developing stronger analytical skills to measure and
report on KPI’s; (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) - Adjust and update ad assets, and provide creative copy suggestions;
- Be up to date on ever changing industry best practices;
- Special ad hoc projects, as needed.
Your Profile
- Proficient in English.
- High proficiency with Google Ads and Google Analytics;
- German language is a plus!
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Google Ads certifications are a plus;
- Knowledge of: Google Keyword Planner Tool, SEMrush, Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager are a plus;
- Experience in creating advertising campaigns in Google AdWords; defining audience targeting, generating ad creatives, A/B testing and optimizing to increase ROAS;
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data for insights and reports;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrated capability of self-direction and motivation.
